Terms and Conditions:
Payment: For initial order, part or full payment may be required prior to goods being delivered. Full payment is due 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF INVOICE. A 2% per month surcharge applies to all overdue payments. Where debt recovery services are required, all associated costs will be the sole responsiblity of the buyer.
Title: The property of the specific goods supplied by Outdoor Link Pty Ltd to the buyer shall not pass to the buyer until payment in full for these goods has been received by Outdoor Link Pty Ltd and the buyer’s cheque has been honoured. Outdoor Link Pty Ltd reserves the right to a general lien on all goods unpaid for in the possession of the buyer, including the right to resell such goods, without notice, to recover the amounts owing including interests and costs.
Returns: No return of goods will be accepted unless authorised by Outdoor Link Pty Ltd and freight is pre-paid. Please contact Outdoor Link Pty Ltd immediately if you have a warranty claim on any product that has been supplied by Outdoor Link Pty Ltd.
Cancellations: Once the completed order form is returned to Outdoor Link Pty Ltd, the order is activated. Once an order is activated, should the buyer cancel the order in part or full, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the sale price will be due for all cancelled items.
Freight: Freight is free for orders over $750 (excluding bulky items such as canoes and kayaks). Freight costs can only be accurately calculated once the size of the order is known. For an estimate, please contact Outdoor Link Pty Ltd. Prices quoted on products are ex-warehouse and competitive freight costs are charged to the buyer. Freight costs will be added to the total price calculated in the table on the order form. Any special freight requirements must be written on the Order Form or communicated directly to Outdoor Link Pty Ltd.
Courier Deliveries: The nominated delivery address must be an address that can accept courier deliveries. Somebody who is authorised to sign for the delivery must be present at this address from 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday. Re-delivery or return costs of a failed delivery will be charged to the buyer.
Acceptance: By completing the order form the customer hereby acknowledges that they are authorised to do so as a representative of the organisation they represent, and that they have read and agree to the terms and conditions laid out in the order document. Where the form is returned electronically, verbal confirmation of this order may be sought and required by Outdoor Link Pty Ltd to activate this order.
